SUP Yoga

A 90 minute session that includes an introduction to beginning paddling techniques, a short paddle journey, and a guided yoga practice on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP yoga experience is required, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!
